Enter the following path from the Run command. \\sdhsfp02.sdhs.sandi.net\files When it prompts you for authentication use SDHS\account on the first line and the password on the second line. If authentication was successful a folder will pop up. It won't give you a mapped drive O:, but a shortcut can be made to the directory. The same type of arrangement is used to access your drive T:.
