How to ghost (image/clone/copy)

These are rough notes and change slightly on a per image/computer basis.

The newest Ghost ISO and USB files can be found here.
\\sdhsfp04\ghost$

Server
Open the Ghost 11.5 directory.
Run GhostSrv.exe
Type in a Session Name (anything will do)
Browse for the image you wish to use.  Opening \\sdhsfp04\ghost$ and then selecting the image you want is the simplest route.
Click "Accept Clients" and you’re ready to attach all the machines you want.  I'd suggest batches of 6-10 or one row at a time.
Click Send when you’re ready to push the image.

Client
GhostCast
Multicast
Type in the session name.

Making a bootable flash drive for ghost
Install the USB format utility on any workstation.
http://files.extremeoverclocking.com/file.php?f=197

Format the flash drive and check the box for “Create a DOS startup disk”.  Point it to the directory in this archive labeled “win98boot”.

Extract the contents of the “usb” folder to the flash drive and you’re done.
