The Registration Fee includes: conferences; reception; 3 coffee breaks for each conference day; photocopies; conference programs; collateral events (to be defined). It does not include: accommodation; lunch / dinner (a special rate at a local café /restaurant will be arranged by the organisers for lunch-time).
NOTE: The Fee must be paid on site at the moment of your registration on the first day of the conference (or as soon as possible after your arrival on the conference location). ONLY CASH (EURO)! |
