Everyone is required to complete a pro/con chart for the bill assigned to them that is due in class on Monday as a hard copy... do NOT email. Everyone, whether you are going to Fullerton or competing in congress or not. Each pro/con chart needs to have 6 arguments on each side of the issue. These are not just analytic arguments. Make sure they are separate arguments that contain claim + data + warrant. Include statistics you find doing your research as well as sources for all arguments. That being said, THESE ARE NOT CARDS YOU ARE CUTTING. You cannot read evidence in a Congress round, but you can reference arguments.
