As a participant of Youth Ministry activities, I hereby agree to abide by the following rules. I understand that if I choose to break any of these rules, I may be asked to leave the activity, and possibly be excluded from future activities, and that my parent or guardian will be notified of such action. 1. I will conduct myself in a Christian manner in everything I do and say; I will respect others and I will not put anyone down. I will refrain from bad language and inappropriate conversation. I will not disruptive to the group. I will be sincere in my motives for attending functions, and to work towards personal growth and Christian fellowship. 2. I will treat speakers, adults, and youth advisors, and my fellow teens with courtesy, and not speak when they are speaking. I will follow the guidelines set in place by the adults in charge. 3. I will not use drugs, alcohol and tobacco, or carry weapons of any kind. 4. There will be no inappropriate PDA's (public displays of affection) including hand holding, kissing, sitting on laps, as this makes others feel uncomfortable and excluded. We are a group. 5. I will be helpful at events, and I will do my part with planning, setting up, and cleaning up. 6. I will dress modestly and appropriately. I am a representative of my youth group and church. No spaghetti strap tops, no midriffs showing, no short skirts or shorts, no inappropriate graphic t-shirts). 7. I will not use personal music devices as this separates me from the group. Music shared by the group must have a positive Christian message. 8. I will do my best to be an active part of the event and group. 9. I will remain in my designated area and abide by any curfews set. 10. I promise to not leave the groups/specified areas except with the permission of advisors. |
