The Staff Training Flight (STF) is a flight in which qualified, mature, professional NCO's will be trained to lead a flight of cadets through an event such as an encampment. The cadets of STF will do rigorous PT, drill flights, and participate in many leadership classes and courses. Any cadet who cannot keep up with STF or does not exhibit the qualities of a mature, strong, and professional leader will be recycled back in to a basic flight.

Prerequisite:  Basic Encampment and high physical fitness.

STF cadets should plan to attend the Staff Training Weekend.
