The Honor Guard Flight is designed for rigorous training in military drill, customs and courtesies, uniformity, and leadership skills. Cadets will be challenged both mentally and physically to meet the demands of outstanding leaders in the cadet program. Cadets are strongly recommended to have a strong background in military drill, flag folding, etc. The HGF will leave each cadet with a better view of the cadet program. Not only will he/she know how to wear their uniform properly, shine shoes, fold flags, drill with precision, and carry themselves properly; these cadets will know how to be a better future leader for Civil Air Patrol and the United States of America.

Prerequisite: Basic Encampment

Color Guard or Drill Team experience preferable.
