Resources and References

The idea for this lesson came from brainstorming ideas for a Film Club for teens @ my library. However, I have Dr. Lamb to thank for giving me ideas on how to turn it into a lesson plan.

Below are the websites that I utilize for this lesson:

Character Analysis Worksheet - worksheet found on Read-Write-Think that helps students think more about the characters and their actions.

Ning.com - Site that allows you to create a community that has many available features such as blog, forums, pictures, and videos.

Rubistar - Site used to help create rubric for final grading. They had great templates that are easy to use and change to fix to your needs.

Storyboards - Great site showing how to use and create storyboards.

YouTube - Site that allows you to upload videos. Without it I would have never found all the
sample video projects. It also offered a good resource for students to use to post and share their projects with the world.
