I have been teaching Musicianship (understanding Music Theory, Ear Training, Sightsinging & Sight Reading) and Brass instruments since 1999. I have composed Duets parts to the solo vocalises by Ferdinand Seiber that make up the "Introductory Melodious Etudes". I plan to have these published by January 2023. I use this book in my lessons with my Brass students. I have also written "Elementary Bugler," a guide for beginning Trumpet players to play low/limited-range Bugle Calls that does not require for them to learn the valves yet.
