Scott Swan is a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional with over 10 years of GIS experience spanning a wide range of applications and fields, including engineering, land management, facilities management, assessing, oil and gas, natural resources, public health, university research, and information technology.

Scott is available for GIS project planning, management, implementation, deployment, training, and support. His technical specialties include ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, ArcPad, Trimble GPS, and GeoConnector.
