A large factor in student success is a leader/teacher that will facilitate their learning process so they can effectively gain knowledge. They can do this by building on experiences they use in life . School personnel should understand the current learning patterns of students and provide methods and tools that allow each student to learn to the best of their abilities.

Research proves that students today no longer learn in the same manner that they used to. They have been raised in a world surrounded with technology. Their future depends on the skills they learn in the classroom that will help them advance in this vastly changing technological world. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the school to facilitate a learning environment that encourages technology.

My objective as an educator/administrator is to help students understand and use skills that will help them learn and think critically about situations. I will facilitate the learning process of students by continuously learning about new technologies that will allow them to be successful.  I will provide students with the means necessary to analyze and obtain information and skills needed to function successfully in society.
