Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) is a multi-component, comprehensive approach to early trauma
intervention which is internationally accepted and clinically
proven.
CISM training is essential for anyone
who may be called upon to to provide support in their school, community or place of
business in the event of a tragedy.
A well-trained team of mental health professionals and peers working
together can mean the difference between an organization that shuts down and one that recovers rapidly following a traumatic event.
CISM classes are approved by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Classes may be offered as part of comprehensive consulting services or as stand-alone trainings.
Want something shorter? Training workshops and webinars are a great way to get custom crisis training for your staff.
