About the Scribes
On the first and third Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. the Scribes meet in the Rasmussen South room of the Schaumburg Public Library. Writers of any level are welcome to attend. The cost is free.

Second Annual Schaumburg Scribes Reading Event: 11-04-06
Schaumburg Township District Library, provided opening remarks at the
second annual Schaumburg Scribes Reading Event. Barbara gave
positive comments on the original work in the Scribes second
Chapbook and read passages from the first edition.

Second Annual Schaumburg Scribes Chapbook Party: July 2006
The second annual 2006 Schaumburg Scribes chapbook was
released in June 2006. We held a distribution party at The Assembly.
Everyone enjoyed good food, met significant others,
played a few word games and exchanged books for signatures.
