We are glad you are here. Samaritan Counseling Centers of North Puget Sound (SCCNPS) is a behavioral health counseling agency with many locations in the North Sound.
We offer a welcoming practice, working with people from all walks of life. We honor our patients' own cultural, personal, and spiritual beliefs. One of our strengths is that we have therapists from varied backgrounds and areas of interest-- including licensed mental health and marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers, and psychologists. Some of our clinical staff are also ministers.
Samaritan Centers are based in Christian service ministry. Our focus and mission is on providing needed counseling services to the entire community. Patients are free to choose the specific counseling and spiritual approaches that are best suited for their own needs. A specific faith membership or practice is not required to receive care.
Our goal is to make counseling services available to more people, by being affordable and nearby. As such, we are in multiple locations, and are able accept most insurance plans. Also, in partnership with many faith communities, we can make our services affordable to those with limited resources-- through the use of adjusted fee scales, and/or scholarships as our resources allow. If you need financial aide to access counseling, please inquire directly with a counselor while you are requesting an appointment.
