Our purpose is to provide cooperative, affordable, and environmentally sustainable housing to college students. We achieve this by buying local, organic food in bulk, cooking our own meals, sharing tools and appliances, and doing our own maintenance and cleaning. We have no landlord, but instead use consensus to make community-wide decisions that benefit all members.
