Scarecrows 2012

Thank-you...

... to all our sponsors and supporters for 2011 - please visit their websites at these links:

Forget the miserable English winter, it's time to start thinking about next year's Kington Langley Scarecrow Festival.

The theme is set as "Best of British" to celebrate both the Queen's Diamond Jubilee year and the fantastic successes we are expecting in the 2012 Olympics.

The registration form is now OPEN for scarecrow builders and we're expecting a wide range of titles. Royalty and sports stars are obvious choices, but what about inventors, pop stars, politicians, film stars, soap stars and of course British military heroes.

We have some new members on the committee and we have a few new ideas this year too which will be announced as they become confirmed.

Volunteers - we always welcome new members to our growing community of helpers. If you can only spare an hour over the weekend, we would appreciate that. Please join the Mailing List and tick the Volunteers box.

Each year we raise funds for local groups, projects and charities. If you are part of a local organisation or group and have a project that could benefit from a funding donation after next year's event, please sign up using our funding request form
