Mystery Bags are an ongoing assignment in Kindergarten. It is a twist to the typical show and tell. Your child may choose one small item to place in a bag. These items can include pictures, toys, and other objects. You are to provide 3 clues for the children to guess what is in the bag. The first clue is always the first letter the object starts with.
For example, if your child brings in a small Ball in a bag, your clues might be:
1.) It starts with the letter B.
2.) It is round.
3.) It can bounce.
Please make sure you take the time to assist your child with locating an appropriate item and helping to decide on clues. Clues can be written on a small index card or piece of paper and included in a bag. Clues may also be written on the outside of the bag.
