As a fulltime Village’s homeowner, I want to provide you with an extra set of eyes when you’re not here. I will visually inspect the exterior of your house weekly. I will physically enter each room of your house, (always wearing shoe covers), including bathrooms and the garage, weekly. I will also: 1. Accept deliveries 2. Meet repairmen and wait up to 30 minutes while they work 3. Plug in, start up and reposition your golf cart 4. Water plants, inside or out, as you instruct 5. Provide transportation to or from Villages shuttle 6. Check and record home and refrigerator temperature 7. Restock refrigerator with staples before you return 8. Provide weekly e-mail reports on my inspections 9. Arrange for airport transportation 10. As long as you remain a customer, your monthly fee,($40.00), will never increase 11. If you refer a friend, once they’ve been a customer for four consecutive months, your next month is free
