The vaulted ceilings and pine tongue and groove walls give a warm country atmosphere to the house. Bedrooms #1 & #2 have queen beds, bedroom #3 has a trundle daybed that converts to a king size bed. After spending an exciting day on the water or out on the golf course, you can unwind in the jacuzzi tub, or sit and relax with a book on the beach. We are walking distance to the village park and playground,tennis court, marina, downtown Suttons Bay and an array of delectable restaurants- from pizza to gourmet. The unique retail stores, antique shops, first run movie theater and MORE, make Suttons Bay a wonderful one-stop vacation destination.

Prime Season / Summer 2011 June 18, 2011 - Sept. 5, 2011 $2200 to $2500/week
Fall Color Tour Sept. 6, 2011- Oct. 31, 2011 $600-$800/weekend
$1000.00 Non-Refundable Deposit required at time of reservation for weekly rentals.
$300 Non-Refundable Deposit required at time of reservation for weekend rentals.
$500.00 Refundable Damage/Security Deposit and remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Reservations booked less than 30 days prior to arrival are due in full at time of reservation. This is a No-Smoking Property.
