Welcome to the intermediate (3rd-5th Grade)Science Lab at Roosevelt Elementary. When you enter the room, you are a scientist! You will have opportunities to make observations and describe them accurately. You will also participate in investigations to gather evidence so that you can explain how or why something happens. It is very important that you take care of your Science Lab Journal. Scientists collect their thoughts, observations, results, drawings, and more in their journals. You will be amazed at all the information you will have gathered by the end of the year. I hope you have a great year in the Science Lab! When you go outside tonight, how does the moon appear to you? Keep a lunar calendar of your observations. Note! This website has just been migrated to a new site. Many of the web pages are no longer set up properly. It is under construction.
