Aims of 2010 Project.
Methods Employed.
Still photography was used to crystallize in time various social
events, providing a record of a
typical Hertfordshire Town and it's people. It is hoped that anyone interested can enjoy and study these images in future years. Subject to agreement deposited copies of key images (on DVD) will be held in the Town's Library and Council Offices.
Funding & Acknowledgements.
I am very pleased to announce that this project was supported in part by a grant from Sawbridgeworth Town Council (application via the former Sawbridgeworth Town Partnership). I am most grateful to the Mayor (Eric Buckmaster), former Mayor (Angela Alder) and Town Clerk (Richard Bowran) for their encouragement and full support for this project. However, the images and ideas expressed here are entirely mine and are not endorsed by the Town Council.
Selected images are displayed at :-
A print exhibition at the Hailey Centre (FREE ENTRY) is provisionally booked for May 2012: most likely the week after the May Fayre (light refreshments will be available).
