About NVS

NVS in 2007: Micah (drums), Tré (guitars), Kyle (bass), Jordan (guitars), & Walter (vocals)


NVS is a band from the Silicon Valley Bay Area. Walter and Tré started NVS in 1999 as a two-piece after school special. In 2003 NVS was "born again" with Jordan Schwarz, followed by the afterbirths of Kyle and Micah in 2005 and 2007, respectively.

Our singer is bisexual. Our guitarists are Jewish. Our bassist doesn't wear deodorant. Our drummer is married. Please don't hold any of that against NVS.

NVS revives the spirit of "alternative" music, blending various influences together to create sounds and words encouraging thought and feeling.

Tired of bands who run through the motions with stale routines, NVS does their part to make every show a unique experience for fans and hecklers alike.

NVS does not endorse racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, the alignment between church and state, and (most) illegal substances.
