Procedures
- customer may choose preferred items from us or consult with us first
- we will process your order after we received the down payment (for non ready stock item) or full payment on one of our account
- shipping via Tiki, we can't provide awb number since we use subscription method (we have daily awb only, awb for each item can't be available immediately)
- if the shipment has not arrived between estimated time, we will help and call Tiki to provide your awb so you can trace the package in your local area Tiki office
- products which have been purchased can not be returned or exchanged for other goods, unless there is agreement in advance.
- by buying from us, we conclude that you have read and accept the procedures
