SAS guide @ sasbuddy is nothing but a tiny extract of important SAS conecpts. It covers mainly data step programming, working with external files, some frequently used procs, introduction to SAS macros facility etc.

Why:

These efforts are to put all the basics of SAS together so that one can get it all at one mouse click.

Who:

The person who is already familier with SAS and wants to brush up his concepts or need to have a introductory glance into some concepts. I will not recommend to a newbee to refer this; so as to get full understanding one should have the knowledge in depth.
