![]() About me I am a theoretical scientist in nuclear and elementary particle physics, and work as a research associate in the Group for hadron spectroscopy at the Rudjer Boskovic Institute in Zagreb (Croatia) Areas of my special interests are resonance phenomena (especially nucleon resonances and the real meaning of their Breit-Wigner, bare, and pole parameters), hadron spectroscopy, scientific policy, and university education. Physics, mathematics, scientific research, teaching, popularization of physics and math, and debunking bad science--these are the things I really like to do. News (last updated: Jan 20, 2012) For students: List of the approved diploma thesis topics (in Croatian) for 2012. Last published paper(s): Interesting trivia: Both mentioned papers are published in the same issue (the 84th) of Physical Review C. My blog Blesimetar (in Croatian) is still active. It's about science, education, skepticism, and utter silliness of us humans. There is a new post every (other) Monday. Or Tuesday.
