Sara Studd was born in London in 1959.
After a first career in fashion working between London and New York, she moved to Paris in 1992 where
she began painting full time. After nearly 20 years living in France, Sara returned to England in 2012 and is based in the beautiful Wylye Valley in Wiltshire. Her
paintings reveal a love of nature, reducing it to its simplest
elements of light, colour and form. She has been exhibiting with increasing
success and recognition both in London and France since 1996.
