Welcome to my Web Site!  My journey to becoming a healthier and stronger person has been a long, twisty, exciting, and yes sometimes incredibly difficult road, but each day I have grown and learned something new.  Four years later I feel like I am more strong and healthy than I've ever been in my life, both physically and emotionally!

This picture was taken on one of our hikes.  We are blessed to live in the beautiful state of Colorado where we can enjoy God's creation.
