Charles, as Toastmaster of our meeting, is presenting Bett with the Best Speaker ribbon. At each of our meetings, we have three scheduled speakers. Attending members vote for Best Speaker, as well as for Best Evaluator and Best Table Topics. Near the conclusion of each meeting, the Toastmaster presents the award to each winner. |
