On The Orginal Layer
Adjust,Blur,gaussian Blur 30
Then i Used Toadies
Where Are You At 88
On Copied Layer
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open Little Elf
Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Place Between The Two layers
So Looks like peeking out
From Behind Hat
Open Clover Cluster
Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Place Left Side At Top Of Hat
Open Bush 1
Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Duplicate Twice
Open Long Bow 2
Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
I Placed One Bush Behind The Bow
And 2 In Front
See Tag for placement
I Added The Words
Peek a Boo
Using Actionis Font Size 30
Then I Added
Eye Candy Gradient Glow
With Settings 7,25,100
Colour Yellow
Used Same For Name But Size 48
Open Tube Of Choice
I Used Elias Chatzoudis
Place As Desired
Add Any Other Embelishments Of Choice
Add Your licence,Name and your watermark
right click merge all flattern
Or Right Click Merge to have a transparent bkg for forums
