The South Daytona Model Yacht Club is inviting you to compete in
A Footy Rally
Saturday, January 31, 2009
Reed Canal Park, South Entrance, Nova Road, South Daytona
(see directions attached - if a problem use 3200 South Nova Road in
MapQuest)
This is a one-day FUN regatta.
Boats: Class Legal FOOTYS - the boat itself - (must fit in the box) 4ea.
AA cells required.
Sail rigs are Unlimited - Large or small - It's your call!
Rig and/or Sail changes may be made at anytime you are Off-Water between
heats.
Rules: Normal RRS in effect..." Exceptions" explained at Skippers' meeting.
Depending on the weather - each skipper will race not less than ten (10)
heats with one throw out.
Time: Check in at 12:30 with racing to start at 1PM
Scoring: Low point
Your Brown-Bag Lunch - We will provide cold beverages.
Trophies to the top-three finishers.
Entry Fee: $2.00
Skippers will be notified of their frequency assignments on or about
January 24th.

Entry fees are not returnable (give us a break!)
In consideration of accepting this entry, I hereby for my self, my heirs,
executors, and administers, waive and release all rights to claim damages
that I may have or acquire against the sponsor club, its members, sailing
site owners, employees, agents, representatives or assigns, and AMYA members
from any claim for injury or other damages to me, my family or yacht during
this regatta's event, to include all related travel to and from the site of
this regatta, and any related event.
