Open your images in psp and minimize them .   Thanks to the tubers who graciously allow us to use their tubes!  If you don't already have it, the heart shape goes in your preset shapes folder for psp.  The blade pro zips will need to be unzipped and placed in a folder to be able to use them also.

I have used a .jpg for one of my images to reduce file size since I am on dialup, but you will need to change it to a .pspimage with a transparent background.....
after taking the skyfortut.jpg into psp, with selection tool set to "smart edge" feather 5, smoothing 5, antiailis checked go around the edge where the white meets the image.  When you have it completely surrounded by marching ants, do a copy and paste to a new image, it won't hurt if there is a white halo left around the edge, but we don't want a lot of white left.

1.  Open a new image, white 450 wide X 350 high.
2.  select all, add a new layer, name this layer 2, copy the sky image
pathwaytoparadise and paste into the selection
3.  add a layer, name this layer 3, and copy and paste "sky for tut" you just misted into selection, de-select.
If it seems a little too far to the right, kinda center it in the sky area using the deformation tool, then in layer palette, set this layer to hard light.
4.  duplicate layer 2 and bring it to the top and rename your duplicate, layer 4.
5.  Activate the selection tool set to rectangle and select the lower half using the line
where the water and the sky meet as your halfway point on layer 4.

6.  Make layer 3 active and hit the delete key or cut button.
7.  Make the layer 4 active and in the layer palette set that layer to soft light.
8.  Layers merge all.
You might want to duplicate this image to use later........., but you can just do a copy
if you trust it.
9.  Add a vector layer, name it heart 1,  activate your preset tool and find the heart shape, set to vector, line width 5, background null, colors aren't important..
10.  Duplicate heart 1 layer, go to layer palette and rename heart 2, on this layer, click the + button
on the left, then double click on the layer that dropped down and the vector box will open back up,
untick the stroke and click the fill, any different solid color works.  Change both layers to rasters.
On the heart one layer, go to effects, texture, sculpture, use jcc-etchedgold3 pattern, size 75, smoothness 0, depth 46,
ambience -13, shininess 0, white, angle 315, intensity 50, elevation 30, click ok.  You might want
to play with the size slider here as it will depend on the size of your heart as to the colors it turns out.
11.  Now, make the  heart layer 2 active, click on it with your magic wand, selections,
it earlier, if you duplicated, go to the duplicate copy, back to our working image and paste into selection.
12.  You can use either eyecandy 5 clear glass, no shadow, or blade pro preset clear and change
the "shape" to the bottom shape on the list.  Selections, select all, selections float, defloat......effects, plugin,
blade pro, browse button, browse to the folder you saved the preset you want to use.  You will need to go to the shape button top left corner... and choose the bottom shape.
13.  Open the couples tube, drag it to our working image or do a copy and paste.  slide it down to the bottom right, slightly over the white edge, duplicate the tube,
14.  effects, plugins, xero, porcelain on the duplicate tube layer........85, 191, 143, ok.
15.  In the layer palette, set duplicate tube layer blend mode to softlight.
16.  Now, activate the magic wand, tolerence 50, feather 4, inside, and on the bottom layer, click the white border.
17.  Make one of your couples tube layers active and hit delete, now make the other couples tube active and hit delete again.  We deleted the little bit of the tubes that were on our white, and you should now have a slight white edge all around your image which will make it blend into a white email.

If you want to add your text to the top like I did, you can add a border of white just
to the top........image, add borders, make sure all numbers are set a 0, untick symmetric, depending on how wide you want the top to be, I put 20 in the top box and all others remain at 0.  If you want more space make your number larger.
Add your text with drop shadow if you like and you are done.
