The costume contest will be a secret ballot with prizes for 1st and 2nd Place for Best Supernatural Orleans, plus one Honorable Mention.  Attendees can enter one doll or several dolls as one entry, or as multiple entries.  Each attendee can only win one prize regardless of the number of entries.
