The 4 x 800 before popping 7:56; 4th fastest relay in CSHS History
CSHS School Record-Setting 4 x 800 Relay Tom Sideras, Zach Dahleen, Mike Marbach, and Kevin Adamowski run 7:49.1 to PR by 12 seconds in the IHSA State Meet to break the 30-year-old school record. In the words of CSHS Alum JR Novak, Sideras and Adamowski "ended their careers the way they are supposed to: on the infield of the state meet with their teammates and all-state medals around their necks."
