Welcome to the Sandaig cottage website.

Sandaig cottage is a family owned and rented rebuilt sheppard's cottage named "Torr na h'Innse". It is located by Loch Nevis on the peninsular of Knoydart in the west Scottish highlands.
The cottage with its Islands, Landrover, Boats etc. can be rented, as explained on this website.

The peninsular of Knoydart is 'the last wilderness in the British isles'. Its unique location, scenery and lack of road link to the rest of the mainland have all aided in maintaining the seclusion of this beautiful place.

The Cottage itself in positioned 7 metres from the sea in 400acres of private land. Our neighbour (1/2mile away) is the only other house to share Sandaig Bay. The Bay has been quoted as being "one of the world's 50 best beaches". This bay is located 4 miles, or a 15minute drive from Knoydart's only village of Inverie, which is reached by ferry from Mallaig, the road and rail head.
