| Registration F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)Q: What if I register but then find that I am unable to use my
registration. Can I get a refund or pass the registration to somebody
else?
A: Unfortunately, due to high administrative costs we are unable to process refunds however if you have a colleague/friend able to use your registration, by all means pass it on! Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: You can pay via cheque, EFT or credit card (although this incurs a 3% fee). More information on the registration website. Q: Is it possible to register only for a masterclass? A: It will only be possible to register for a masterclass while registering for the conference, however if places remain open in the lead-up to the event, these may be advertised in the few days before the conference. No guarantees though! Q: Can I register to hold a place, and then pay later? A: No..a place cannot be held without payment Q: Is there a discount for group registrations? A: Unfortunately not...these events are run on a very minimal budget and it is not possible to offer any discounts or special offers. Q: Can I register and pay on the day? A: Due to space, registrations will be closed at 100 attendees. It is highly unlikely that there will be a place for anyone who comes without previous registration and payment. Q: I intend to present at a single session and will not be there for the rest of the conference...do I need to register? A: As long as you will only be attending for the time of your own session, you will probably not need to register or pay, but it would be best to check this with organisers.
