After you register, make sure you turn in the following forms:

1. Extracurricular permission
   
2. Permission to Travel
3. Student Volunteer w/criminal background form
4. Medical Release (MUST BE NOTARIZED:  Mrs. Delaro at the front office is a Notary of Public)
