What if all of global warming got out of hand? What would happen? well, in the future many animals, up to a million will be threatened because of climate change. In addition global warming has effected average weather. That means more intence storms are on the way. Penguins and other animals have been endangered from global warming. Science Center in La Jolla, noted in 2004 a 50% drop in Adelie Penguin populations on the Antarctic Peninsula since 1994. In addition Polar Bears are disappearing as well. Scientists anounce that Polar Bears are now put on the vulnerable. An extra 30% of the bears population is to decline even more in the next 35 to 50 years or so. globally there has been an increase of an annual average of 10 to an annual rate of 18 category 4 and 5 hurricanes, during the years 1990 through 2004. In addition glaciers are melting on up to 6 continents. North Americals largest glacier has melted up to 7 miles in its length. In addition losing 20-25% of the glacier its self. |
