BY DOWNLOADING THIS MOBILE APPLICATION, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) for the SamApplix application is a legal agreement between user (“You” or “Your”), and SamApplix Developer. By accessing, downloading, copying or otherwise using the Application, You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If You do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not access, download, copy or use the Application.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties and Indemnification. SamApplix will not be liable for losses or damages arising from or in any way related to your access or use of the Application. SAMAPPLIX IS LICENSING THE APPLICATION “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” SAMAPPLIX MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY, FOR ANY PURPOSE, OF THE APPLICATION, THE OPERATION OF THE APPLICATION ALONE OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY DEVICE, OR THE CONTENT CONTAINED HEREIN. SAMAPPLIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APPLICATION AND ITS OPERATION AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
2. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL SAMAPPLIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHER RELATED OR SIMILAR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, AND FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SAMAPPLIX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES
3. Termination. This Agreement is effective until terminated. SamApplux may immediately terminate this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion with or without notice to you. Additionally, Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, all legal rights and licenses granted to You hereunder shall terminate immediately and You shall cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies of the Application. All sections that may be reasonably interpreted to or are intended to survive this Agreement will survive this Agreement.
4. Acknowledgment of Understanding/Entire Agreement. You acknowledge that You have read this Agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between Western Communications and You and supersedes all proposals, representations or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between Western Communications and You relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
5. Amendment of this Agreement. SAMAPPLIX RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND THIS AGREEMENT FROM TIME TO TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE APPLICATION FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT WILL MEAN YOU ACCEPT THOSE CHANGES.

SamApplix respects your privacy. this apps are designed to limit the requested permissions to only those necessary for providing you with the best possible app experience.
All data collected is specific to the needs of each app and is clearly identified on the app’s page in the Google Play store under the “Permissions” tab.
SamApplix apps do not collect, store or transmit any personal data that could be used to identify you. Personal data includes names, account names, user names, email addresses, telephone numbers or any other information that could be used to reveal your identity.
This policy may be changed at our discretion and we agree to make those changes openly visible on our website. By downloading or installing our apps, you consent to this privacy policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of our applications.
