Welcome to the Salter Service Shop, we won't just fix your computer, we will show you how.
We service computers in the North Shore area of Massachusetts, mainly Beverly, Salem, Danvers, and Peabody, but are certainly not limited to those areas.
We don't advertise, so you have likely heard of us through the recommendation of happy customers! This also keeps the overhead low and passes the savings on to you.
The largest volume of work we do is securing wireless networks, but if there is something your computer needs, we can very likely take good care of you. We won't tell you we can do something we can't, and we won't advise you to buy software, hardware, or service that you don't need. If we know of a cheaper (even free) way to fix a problem or fulfill a computing need, we will get it for you.

1st hour = $50
2nd hour = $40
3rd hour = $ 30
4th hour = $20
5th hour = FREE
Yes. Free. And if we work 4 hours for you and you don't use us again for a year (or less), the 5th hour is still free!
We keep track of the service hours billed and whatever the last hour we billed at, the next hour charged (even a year later), will be like we never left.
This means that we have an incentive to work quickly. The more new 1st hour clients we can get to the better, long stays brings down our averages!
In addition, if you need to order something for your computing needs, you have the option of getting it for yourself (we will give you all the information you need) or we can get it for you with a small $5.00 service fee. You can even see our receipt!
