Our Web Page Sites and Discussion Groups

We have three web sites and three discussion groups in brief they are:

The web pages are to store information that the public, members, executive may need.

It is intended to help people get into flying and provide contact details for visiting pilots.
This is an updated copy of the pages I put on the HGFA web site.
The HGFA web site now points too here.
This site is viewable by the world.
Edits possible currently by Exec members, but if you need access let me know and you are in
Let me know if these pages need updating

Which includes things such as Site Guides, Members Face Page, Minutes etcetera.
I believe these will be especially useful for new members.
The access is limited to SA pilots for privacy reasons (see below).
These are intended to be living documents, please keep them up to date (Note: all members have edit rights)
This site is viewable by all SA Members, it is not made public for privacy reasons, some of which are

not all SA members are wiling to share with the world, but are happy to share amongst ourselves
landowners details are here, you may need them to fly sites, however we are obligated not to make them public to protect the landowner privacy and because our sites are very landowner dependent. Therefore members need to be with visitors on sites and not make the details public.

This site is Viewable by SA Members All people on the SAHPGA discussion Group, are given access to these pages
Edits are possible currently by all SA Members who have access.

Currently they only point to a full HGFA members list, but for privacy reasons we may not distribute this to all SAHGA members

You can help address this by filling in the Members face page with your details - By default, details that members are willing to put in the SAHPGA members face contact page are shared with other members, and because you put them in, you control it, and it is all legal.
You can also help by filling out our online membership form (which is only viewable by the executive), which includes a statements of what details you are willing to share and with whom,

The groups are for talking easily about everything we need too

we need to have a group talk about matters, and keep them from the public eye, eg accidents, open and honest safety discussions, peoples health
we need to post information to members that we do not wish to make public, address, money matters, etc

Why do this you ask - this list is intended for the serious side, and people are more considerate when posting if they use their real name
