•  Can I use this icons in my software for free?
  Yes.
• ...even if it's commercial/shareware/closed-source one?
  Even if so.
• WTF is *.7z ?

• Looks pretty, but i'd also liked a naked dancing Britney Spears icon to put on it. Would you make me one?
  No. For commercial icon design refer to mezich design or other professionals. I'm not offering custom design services for now.
• I want a Mac (Linux, AMIGA, Gameboy) version of it in PNG (SVG, BMP) format. Please, make me one.
  You can do it yourself as there're sources available. You would still have to do some manual work.
• Are these icons made with free software? I want them in my Linux program but I need to make sure.
  These icons have been made with a combination of free(ware) and commercial programs. Mostly commercial. If you have enough free time you may redraw them in GIMP, Inkscape or whatever else.
