The PTA Communications Committee aims to improve communication and collaboration among the families and staff at our school. Toward that end, the PTA publishes and contributes to the following:
School Web Site and PTA Website"Sacajawea Needs You" Flyer & other print announcements that go home with students each Tuesday in the Tuesday Take-Home Packet. Please submit all materials for the SNY to Ki Pemberton no later than Monday at noon, preferably the week before. Weekly E-mail Please submit all materials for the email to Snezana Radosavljevic, spopovic_11@hotmail.com, no later than Tuesday at noon. Monthly PTA Newsletter Please submit all materials to Scott Taylor by the 10th of the month prior to publication month (i.e. May 10 for June newsletter) Please submit materials for school website to Doreen Norman. The school's administrative staff maintains the school Web site. Submit content for the PTA website to Cindy Ponko, cindy_ponko@hotmail.com. School Directory Sacajawea PTA produces a School Directory that is made available to registered students and their families only. To update your Directory listing, please contact Doreen Norman in the school's Main Office. Student Folders and E-mail Teachers communicate with families using the students' folders. Some also use email. If you have suggestions for how to improve communications at our school, please drop them in the Suggestion Box just outside the school office or send email to our Communications Chair, Snezana Radosavljevic, at: spopovic_11@hotmail.com. |
