We're using Konditor Meister for our cakes.  

I love the look of this cake. Very simple and clean -- classic -- just like the rest of our wedding. We'll have fondant as well, since these are doubling as the center pieces, we want to make sure they look clean and very well designed.

The ribbon colors will match the flowers (red, golden orange, maybe black).

This will be our style of monogram, except we'll just have the "J"
