My name is Ryan Petta.  I was born and raised in River Park, and recently moved back to the area with my wife Sherry, and my daughter Elise.

I have 12 years experience working on and repairing computers, and I currently work full time as an IT professional.

Thank you so much for the time and effort you put into fixing my computers.  This is the 3rd time in a little over a year that I have had difficulties.  I previously called some home repair companies that were listed in the yellow pages.  Both times, the repair person told me that I had a corrupted hard drive and they took my computer into the "shop" to have it fixed.  Both times, the work was less than satisfactory and within a few weeks my computers ended up with the same glitches.  I'm not sure which was worse, the cost of "fixing" my computers or the annoyance of having to deal with the same glitches.
