 Henry was made to suffer for hours at the hands of the Stark County Veterinary Emergency Clinic. If you are in northeast ohio stay away from that place! They are greedy awful people refused my method of payment and let him vomit blood for hours while I found someone who could pay the bill BEFORE they would begin treatment. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and have exhausted their help and they have sent me to the state consumer affairs who has sent me to the state veterinary board. I held a protest outside the clinic on 4/30 and passed out flier while wearing a sign that read "Stark Vet Clinic Rather Kill than Bill" Check out the flier Henry flier . Final step seems to be the letter to the licensings board...the board sent me a case number on May 6th will post their decision when I am notified. June 27th the board didn't rule in my favor but suggested I contact the Attorney General. They took my complaint I should have a response within ten days. So the fight continues. Stay tuned for an update. Got a letter from the attorney general he is looking into my complaint should hear back within 90 days. Attorney General Mike DeWine tried his best but hit a dead end too. He tried to get them to refund the extra $25 they charged me to hold Henry as they put him to sleep. But they refused saying I was told about it prior. True but I didn't have a choice if I didn't want him to die alone. I appreciate the Attorney General's efforts. I contacted my congressman and reached a dead end. Now a local news station newscaster is checking to see if they can do a story. Since I can't seem to make changes at least informing people would be good.
