Rusmir Musić (pronounced roo-smear moose-itch) hails from Bosnia and Herzegovina, which he left at age 17 - on his own - for the United States. Since then he has lived in some of America's greatest cities, pursuing diverse interests, and is now working in international finance and policy development for green technologies. Rusmir has a unique set of experiences in sciences, humanities, and business. He received his BA in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. His MA Thesis in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University was recently published in an essay compilation. After working in the education sector, he received an MBA from the Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, where he was Salutatorian of his class. He now works in the World Bank Climate Change Practice. Rusmir has written and presented on a variety of topics; has been published in books, journals, and on the Web; and was profiled by Business Week as one of its featured bloggers (see links under Profiles in Press).
