Please click on the Letter of objection link -  a fairly comprehensive submission in relation to the Kenure LAP which you can use as it stands, or delete points as appropriate to your concerns.

It is important that people read the letter first so that they are sure that they agree with all of the points. All the main details about the roads and so on I am sure people will agree with, but there are items like an objection to four storey buildings and even that there shouldn’t be a pub or a fast food outlet permitted in the local services centre, which not everyone would have a problem with. The main point to be emphasised is that the development is premature and should be rejected in its entirety. It is important that people put in their own name & address and sign the letter.

It can either be emailed to devplan@fingalcoco.ie, or posted to Senior Executive Planner, Planning Department, Fingal County Council, Main St., Swords, Co. Dublin, marked KENURE LOCAL AREA PLAN. Submissions must be handed in before March 9^th to be considered.
