                         I am a veteran athlete  and at 71 years of age, I realised that with research into the latest
                        training and conditioning trends that I could continue to turn out reasonable races times.
              For instance the world MV70 best for a 10 mile race which currently stands at 60mins and 34 seconds,
                            I think at least 75% of club runners of all ages would be pleased with a time like that!!

 SEX SEX SEX 
I am always looking for ways to improve my performances, at the moment I am experimenting with what I call power hills,this is running up a medium incline at a good 400mtre pace for about 15 seconds equal to aproxx 100 meters on the track followed by a 20 mtr walk then jog back downhill then 20 mtr walk back to the start repeated 20 to 50 times.
Good recovery is required as you need to keep a good pace on each rep. 
The theory is strengh-times -speed = power 
Also I may be trying the Powerbreath machine in the near future.
