Ray Rugg
 
Ray is a native of Western Montana and has spent his life guiding sportsmen into the Great Burn area. He guided his first party in at the age of 12. Ray is very active in local & national organizations currenly serving on several committees for Mineral County & Montana Fish Wildlife and Parks. Ray started a local chapter of Mule Deer Foundation and then went on to State Chair and is now on the Board of Directors.
Kip Rugg
 
Kip, a partner, and now a licensed outfitter himself, runs the water activities and all outfitting on the Superior Ranger District. He is a proven elk bugler winning national acclaim and demonstrating this in the mountains.
Korey, Ryann, Brock, Hank Rugg
 
Korey, a partner with a degree in Environmental Engineering, somehow finds time to guide and help some with the ranch work while working full time at the Waste Water Plant in Missoula. Ryann, his wife, also helps with cooking and shuttling for clients in the summer when needed.
R Keith, Ilana, Ayala, Talia Rugg
 
R. Keith Rugg, a third–generation Raymond Rugg, lives with his family, wife Ilana and daughters Ayala and Talia, in Reno, Nevada. Working in journalism and public relations, Keith contributes editing and graphic design now and then to the business.
Kevin, Soledad, Isabelle Rugg
 
Kevin, a partner who no longer guides but instead plays with computers in S.F. Bay Area, maintains our website with the help of his wife, Soledad. Many of the photos shown on these pages were taken by Kevin. They still get away a couple times a year with their daughter Isabelle to enjoy the services offered.
Monty "Jeanne" Rugg
 
Jeanne moved from Mesquite, NV to jump in with both feet, cooking, cleaning, shuttling, wrangling, and making sure that everything is where it should be. This spring she took on the vet chores. But now she has really jumped in and changed her name to Rugg.
Jean Dunmire
 
Jean decided to experience Montana after living all of her life in warmer climates. She makes sure that the horses get watered and dogs get taken care of along with cooking too much.

     Bruce filled in for us when our previous cook took ill and is now a permanent figure in our hunting camps. Bruce has

Tim Johnston
 
Although he has gone on in his life to pursue another career, Tim still takes the fall off and brings his dogs back to Montana and has no trouble finding the big cats for hunters.
Joyce Carpenter
 
Joyce helps to shuttle river clients and takes care of all the stock when the rest of us are running around.
Patti Pickering
 
Patti helps with the river shuttles and can always be counted on to help anyplace else.
