The cost is £2.50 per swimmer and invitation is open to all swimmers in :

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me either after a training session or by email.  In addition a few of the parents/coaches have decided to swim at the same time, in the public lanes.  If you wish to do this, please let me know, and I will be happy to write you a easier programme or equally a very tough one.

OLD SWIMMING FINS

posted 17 Nov 2010 00:54 by RSC Webmaster   [ updated 8 Jun 2011 02:29 by Rugby Swimming Club ]

Do you have any old fins that are too small for you?

If you do and you'd like to sell them, give them to Rachel Cutler who will do her best to sell them on to swimmers in the Teaching section.

Please put them in a bag with your name and let Rachel have them ASAP.

Last Sunday, West Midlands ASA held its 2010 Regional Workforce Awards presentation.  Hannah Dudley had been nominated by the club as a candidate for West Midlands 'Skill-Development Coach of the Year” and we are delighted to report that she won the award!

The ASA also presented an overall award to the person in the region, judged across all seven award categories, who they felt had made an outstanding contribution to their sport.  Hannah won this award too.

Well done Hannah!  This is a magnificent achievement and deserved acknowledgement of the superb job that you do for the club.

(: CONGRATULATIONS :)
